Great short-term rental opportunity in London!

What is the room like?
It is a private studio apartment in The Collective Old Oak building. The studio includes an ensuite, a kitchenette and bi-weekly cleaning (including fresh bed sheets). There is lots of storage space in the room and it can fit two people. The room has been kept in great condition and will not require any additional cleaning when you move in.

Why are you moving and what's included in the price?
I am moving out due to a change in circumstances and I have two months left on my lease which is priced at £1127 per month. This includes all your utilities, council tax and internet). I have paid the fee for the gym so this would also be included for you free of charge. Please note that studios at The Collective Old Oak are usually £1348 per month and can cost more for one of The Collective's short term leases, so this is a great price.

The Collective building is a shared building and has many communal areas and events that take place during the week (all events are free of charge). It also has a large roof terrace which will be perfect coming into summer. There is a 24-hour concierge and they are able to take deliveries for you and will notify you via email.

When is it available and for how long?
It is available from 1 June to 30 July 2022 (inclusive), so two months in total. Please note that I am flexible with the move in date, so let me know if you need an extra few days.

Transport
There are two stations close to the building: (1) Willesden Junction (Overground and Bakerloo lines) (8 min walk); and (2) North Acton (Central line) (12 min walk). The 266 bus picks up outside North Acton station and drops you off right outside the building's entrance too.

Amenities
There is a convenience store attached to the building, but otherwise there is a Sainsburys, Tesco, Dominos and Costa at North Acton station. Additionally, a large Sainsburys and ASDA Superstore are only a bus ride away.
