Professional Femlaes Only-Room- A very Cozy and bright room is available to be rented in august as I am moving to the other room in the house. The house is a 4 bedroom and has 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, shared by 3 people as 1 room is ensuite. The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition and has a beautiful garden and small storeroom attached to it.
Connectivity- the House is exceptionally located with 10 mins walk to North Acton underground station, 7 mins walk to Acton Main Line station and 10 mins through the bus to Acton Central Station.
Area/Supermarket- There is a Tesco Express and Sansbury at the North Acton underground station and 10 mins bus ride to an Asda supermarket and a Morrison & Lidl at the Acton High street, So everything is nearby, there is also a park just end of the road just in case one wants to relax or read a book:)
The room is really cheap for the amenities and the area it has I am a working professional, and I like to socialize with my housemates from time to time while staying by myself as well. Would love to have a chat or beer in the garden.
Extra charges- The rent does not include any bills but is approximately £100 pcm.
ProspectiveRoomate- wanted a female professional as the property is managed by an agency which requires background checks and income stability to rent the place which takes approximately 2-3 weeks so kindly get in touch asap.
