There are 2 bedrooms, one is en-suite being used by me and my partner and the second one is up for rent. I am advertising ONLY a double room, with a private bathroom (not en-suite) - you will be sharing the kitchen and living room with me and my partner.

The flat is on the 20th floor of this luxury building which has 26 floors in total.

The building has three lifts and stairs within the apartment. Parking is not available. But you can park on the side road which is free to park at night.
