Looking for a current UAL student to take over my tenancy at The Costume Store from June to end of the contract (26 August 2023). The cost is £169/week, all bills included, but rent will be paid upfront for all weeks leading up to 26 Aug.
A single en-suite bedroom in a shared flat of 7 others (4 females, 3 males). All either in their first- to third-year undergrad degree in different UAL schools. I personally attend LCC. Shared kitchen and living space. Clean kitchen, common space, responsible flatmates with enough private space.
Building currently under construction, so there is scaffolding and occasional drilling (why the price is lower than average). Onsite laundry and reception area. Tesco and Sainsbury’s and Chinese supermart just next door. North Acton station (Central Line) just across the street.
