A deposit of £650 (plus first month's rent) is required upfront. On average, monthly bills (including council tax, gas, water, and wifi) total around £160-180 per person - this will likely go down over the summer.

Downstairs there is a nice modern kitchen which connects to a beautiful conservatory/living room, Dining room and Garden. We also have a cat named Stevie who lives with us (she's very cute).

We are a friendly house, looking for professionals who enjoy their own space and are respectful to others. This is not a party house however we do like to have the occasional drink and to generally be sociable. The house feels more like a home than a house so we keep it as tidy and well kept as possible.

The room comes unfurnished, but all furniture currently in the room is available to buy for £100 from the previous tenant.
