There are two self-contained studios and a big communal kitchen and a nice garden on ground floor.

Three rooms on the first floor where the single room is going to be available. you are sharing a bathroom/toilet , another independent toilet with the other two rooms where there is couple in one room and a girl in the other room.

On second floor there are two single rooms where they have a shared shower/toilet and a small kitchen.

All sharers (mainly the three rooms on the first floor ) use the big communal kitchen on the ground floor. There are plenty cupboards in the kitchen and you will have your own fridge/freezer for your own use only. Landlord provide weekly cleaner to clean the communal area.

The house is 5 mins walk to North Acton Station (zone 2/3 central line), 20mins you are at Oxford Street) or 5 mins walk to Acton Main Line station on Elizabeth Line (15 mins to Lodnon Paddington). Local buses to Hammersmith, Willsden Green, Tesco express just outside North Acton station, 24 hours ASDA just over 10 minutes walk. 5 mins walk to local Gym, takeaways, newsagent, pharmacy, GP and dentist.

Free wireless internet. Parking space in front of the house on first come first service basis or £70 a year parking permit to park in the street in front of the house.

£500 deposit and one month rent in advance. £700 per month inclusive everything except washing machine and drier are coin operated which cost £2 per wash and £1 per half an hour drying time.
