The flat:

Beautiful and modern ensuite double room on the 17th floor of a high rise bulding. This 2 bed 2 bath flat has floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. You get beautiful views of the sunset and sunrises in the living room, that you can also enjoy while seated on the balcony.

Your room has a private ensuite with walk-in shower and full-width mirrored wardrobes. Fully furnished, ready to move in. The desk in the room can stay or go based on your needs.

The flat has an open-plan living with kitchen, washer and dryer, underfloor heating (we never use this as it takes quite long to heat up, generally the flat is very well insulated so it's not very cold in winter), with dishwasher and integrated smeg appliances.

Concierge, lift, gym, cafe, paid coworking space, paid dry cleaner service, car park and bike storage in the building. The gym is quite new and offers technogym equipment+studio and free classes available. It incurs a £30 one time fee. If needed the parking space is available on a paid monthly basis. Building also hosts a few social events per year that are free to attend.

Location-wise: Zone 2. North Acton central line is a 3-minute walk. Acton main line is 12 minutes on foot - Elizabeth line that takes you to Heathrow airport in 25 mins, to central in 15 mins.

Rent is £1450/month excluding bills. Bills range from £180-250 per month based on consumption and season. 250Mbps fast WiFi. Deposit is £1275. Available from end of May 2026, minimum tenancy is 9 months.

About me/Living with me:

I'm Chinese-Italian, been in London for 9 years. I am currently switching careers to project management so you will find me in the flat quite a bit for the moment but I'll mostly be in my room.

I am easygoing, clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces and would like to find someone like minded. Looking for a fairly sociable flatmate who likes to have dinner together when schedules allow, who likes to occasionally host events at the flat (e. g. board games night, movie night etc) but is also respectful of each other's personal space and time when needed.
