Double Bedroom in a lovely house

We have a new room going in our big, wonderful house in Acton. This is the largest room with a gorgeous window seat.

We are looking for a woman (no men-sorry) over the age of 25 who will fit in with the house. We are all good friends with each other but equally respect each other’s space. I’ve lived in this house for 3 years and if it wasn’t because I am going travelling, I would never leave; this house has a really special place in my heart!

We want someone who is neat and tidy, friendly and fun. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈

The neighbourhood is really friendly and safe. We have a lovely park opposite the house and we are 5 mins walk to the Elizabeth line, and 10 mins walk to the Central line.

You would be living with Sarah (28), Kristine (32), Cat (28) and Tabitha (30) who are all wonderful people. We work in marketing, healthcare, publishing and the arts.

The room will come with 2 built in wardrobes, drawers under the window seat, side tables and a bed.

A deposit is required. Also we will need you to be able to demonstrate regular income and landlord references for tenant checks. Anyone who can’t provide these we unfortunately can’t consider as our Landlord is quiet particular.
