We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our lovely girls only flatshare! The flat is located in a newly built apartment complex equipped with gym and common study/lounge areas.
Rooms: 3 bedrooms (1 advertised, furnished).
Bathrooms: 2 (you would be sharing a bathroom with one of the flatmates).
Rent: £1100/month (including bills and council tax).
Council tax band: F
Location: 3min walk from North Acton station (Central line) and 10min walk from Acton Main Line station (Elizabeth line), 35min to Heathrow airport, 15min to Westfield White City, Holland Park and Notting Hill, 20min to Hyde Park.
Affordability requirement: person needs to be earning some income (min. 10k/yr) but not more than 40k/yr, due to DMR status.
Lease: in line with new Renters’ Rights Act, ideally until Dec 2026.
Current flatmates: 2, both female, 25yo, British, working full-time.
Vibes: we're looking for someone clean, fun and chill. In this household we understand that people need their space after a long day at work but we're also all friends and are always down to hang out in or outside the flat. Ideally the new tenant would be able to stay in this flat until December 2026 but we can be flexible. If this matches your vibe please get in touch!
