The garden and bathroom are also to be shared as well as plenty of storage space here and there in the flat, which is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, air purifier filtering system and soundproof double glazed windows.
The building also benefits from a bigger common garden and a bike shed.
The area is very beautiful and quiet with buses, dry cleaning, groceries and eateries options at our doorstep...for everything else a lovely 10 minutes walk (or a 5 minutes bus ride) will take you to Ealing Broadway High Street.

All bills are included (council tax and Virgin super fast broadband as well).

I am the owner and I live in, I work from home and the living room is my office, so this area is not included in the sharing facilities.
Ideally I would like to find a decent and respectful lodger who is happy to look after their bedroom and likes to live an independent life. I am looking to fill the room as soon as possible and short let will be considered.
