I have one single room to rent on the 2 floor house rented by me and my friends in North Finchley. Its available from now.

*** Something about the property:

We have a big living room and two bathrooms. In the house lives two more people, girls. Bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a bathroom and on the 1st floor is a living room, kitchen and the second bathroom.

According to the furnitures of my room:
The bed and a mattress is brand new, I bought it after my moving out.
The white wardrobe from living room (check photos) will be yours. I can take it upstairs if you want but you also can leave it there and have more space in the room.

What is important, the house is near main Street, there’s lots of shops - Aldi, big Sainsbury’s, Holland and Barrett , shop with ECO food, Starbucks, KFC, McDonald’s, 6 coffee shops, a lot of veggie stores. Everything in maximum 2 minutes from the house. There’s literally all you need. The house is not ON the Main Street so neighbourhood is quiet (25 meters from) If you ask.

The nearest underground station is 10 min from the house (Woodside park)

The nearest bus station (both ways) is 1 min from the house.

We rented this house by agency so you will need to give them proof that your working. Everything is really easy and will be sign by the internet so you don’t have to go anywhere.
