Hi there! We are a friendly female couple looking to rent our home.

We have a bright and airy double bedroom available for short stays and rent for a maximum of 3 months (until August).

The room is a spacious double room with plenty of storage space, a mini fridge, tea making facilities, a 55" smart TV, fresh linen, an iron, a hairdryer, and a small desk for working. (Items can be removed if not required.).

The property has a shared bathroom and kitchen with access to all utilities, including pots, pans, utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

All bills are also included with the rent.

The location is near several tube stations (Picadilly, Northern Line) and 24-hour buses into the city. Parks and scenic woodlands are within short walking distance (approximately 2 minutes).

What we are looking for is a single professional who is friendly, respectful, clean, and tidy.
