A fantastic double room with its own ensuite bathroom is now available in this bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in North Finchley (N12). The previous flatmate moved to Dublin for work, so I'm looking for someone to take his place in this relaxed and welcoming home.

Located in a beautifully refurbished house on Friern Park, this is Flat 2 – one of four recent, high-quality conversions completed in 2025. We were the first occupants in August 2025. Your Flatmate

You’ll be sharing with me (33) – a friendly, easy-going software engineer who’s into fitness, cycling, running, hiking, badminton, and skiing. I'm sociable, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone easygoing to share the place with.


Rent:

£1200 per month plus 50% of bills for a single flat sharer.
£1400 per month plus 66% of bills for a couple flat sharing.
Council Tax is not included and is normally about £85 a month.

Availability:

The room is available via tenancy agreement, which requires referencing checks and taking on half of the deposit responsibility (£1382.50).


Move-in Date:

Flexible – but ASAP.
