The rest of the house boasts a spacious and bright living room, adjoining an office space with access to an iMac. Fibre-optic broadband, Sky Q (with full package) and Netflix are available. There is a modern kitchen, containing all appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, a microwave and a fridge-freezer with a water dispenser. For convenience, there is also a downstairs cloakroom on the ground floor. The garden contains a patio and a BBQ.

The property has great transport links:
- under a 10 minute bus ride to North Greenwich Underground station (zone 2) on the Jubilee line. A two minute walk to the bus stop. London Bridge in 20 minutes (from the house).
- 5 minute walk to Charlton station (zone 3) with trains heading to London Bridge in 30 minutes, Cannon Street and Victoria in 40 mins (Southeastern).
The Thameslink train also departs from Charlton station, heading to Blackfriars, City Thameslink (in 25 mins), Farringdon and St. Pancras International (in under 35 mins).

There is a plethora of local amenities: retail park of high street shops, Asda, Sainsbury’s, M&S, PureGym, Costa and Starbucks to name some, all within a five minute walk. Greenwich Park is also nearby.

I live with my wonderful Labrador, who is docile, well-behaved and quiet, and two cats. I enjoy dining out, reading, the theatre and cinema. I have a quiet and clean lifestyle and am looking for a female lodger of a similar temperament. If this all sounds good, I would love to hear from you.
