Double room in North Greenwich

The building

Hi there,

We are Stefan and Yaki. We have rented a lovely three-bedroom apartment in Greenwich Millennium Village and we are looking for a third person to join us from the 20th of May or sooner, as our previous flatmate os moving in with their partner.

The flat is very conveniently located about a 5-10 mins walk from North Greenwich station with easy access to Canary Wharf (2 mins on the Jubilee line), London Bridge (10 mins), Westminster (15 mins), and pretty much anywhere central withing half an hour door to door. It is close to amenities, gyms, Greenwich Park, and the O2 arena, so the area is pretty lively! The Greenwich Millennium Village itself has its own array of shops, a dry cleaner, a school, a concierge, and an Eco-park. Ikea is a 5-minute walk away and you can borrow a trolley to bring all your purchases directly to the flat.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bathrooms, a balcony, and plenty of storage. The room is priced at £800pcm before bills, with bills being reasonable, usually below the average for the area. The Deposit is £1000 and is protected by the deposit scheme. The flat tends to be naturally warm throughout the year. The room overlooks the internal courtyard, facing South-East, so it is very quiet, sunny, and warm.

We are 2 professionals in banking/data and HR. We have been living in this apartment for a couple of years and plan on staying, so we would like someone who would take care of the place and consider it a home. We are quiet, but also social and we like to organise dinners, movie nights, and socials for our friends occasionally, and we would love you to join in as well :)
