The price is 290 pounds per week, less than listed on the official website, and the tenancy transfer is via the hall, meaning you will become the legal tenant and pay the hall directly your rent.
⚠️the official price on the tenancy is 370/week and the current tenancy will end on 2024 August 31. To make sure you get the discounted price for this tenancy transfer, I will pay you (370-290)*9(that is the weeks of the transferred tenancy)=720 pounds after I receive my refund from the hall.
