The flat is very spacious with lots of natural light. Located nicely between the river and the park it's about a 10min walk to North Greenwich tube station (Jubilee line) and a 15min bus ride into Greenwich town centre.
Local cafes and amenities including a Co-op are on the doorstep and there are plenty of entertainment options in the O2 arena (10min walk) and in Greenwich Town.
The bedroom includes a double bed, bedside table, desk, drawers, wardrobe and cupboard space. Living area and kitchen are open plan and there is also a private balcony.
I'm a friendly and easy going gay man, looking for a relaxed and considerate housemate. More into balcony gardening and cinema trips (I also work in cinema) than clubbing and all nighters these days :) I tend to work from home a couple of days a week and split my time between my flat and my partner's.
