Spacious North Greenwich Flat with Spa Access & Ba

We’re looking for a sociable, easy-going housemate aged 23–30 to join our 3-bed flat in North Greenwich, ideal for a young professional who wants comfort, convenience, and a great location.

The flat has views of the O2 on one side and Canary Wharf on the other, and is connected to the InterContinental Hotel, meaning you get free access to their spa, gym, and pool facilities. There’s also 24/7 concierge and parcel collection, plus parking available for £200/month.

Bills are around £140 per person per month, covering council tax, electricity, water, and super-fast broadband.

The room available is a bright en suite with two built-in wardrobes, a shower, and a private loo. There’s space for a small desk if you work from home.

Shared spaces include a fully furnished living room (complete with our pride and joy, a pool table), a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with air conditioning and heating in every room. There’s also a large communal storage area for coats and shoes.

We have a relaxed but tidy vibe, we both work full-time (I run a marketing company, and Alex works in cyber security). We enjoy chilling with a film, gaming, or heading out for a pint, but also appreciate our own space and downtime.
