Hey! We’re Courtney (31) and Rena (20) and we’re looking for someone to take a small room in a fully furnished 3-bed maisonette in Woolwich.

The place:
📍 Woolwich - quiet, residential street
🚶‍♀️ 10 mins to Woolwich Docklands station, 25 minutes to Woolwich Arsenal
🚌 5 mins to a bus stop with night buses
🌳 Close to off-license, 10 minutes to Tesco Express and surrounded by greenery and parks
🏡 Pets allowed and super responsive private landlord

The room:
Small but cosy - great if you want something affordable without compromising on a nice home

Rent: £750/month (rooms are £816 each - discounted due to room size)
Deposit: £937 - five weeks of rent per the landlord
Bills + kitty are split (bathroom/kitchen roll, hand soap, cooking oil, etc.) on splitwise should be no more than £150 per person, cheaper during the summer. Internet included in council tax.

About us:
We’re both social and creative - we love cooking and baking nights, having friends over, late night chats & drinks, gigs/raves, and the occasional dinner party 🥂 We’re both very clean people as well. We are quite nocturnal (I work American hours so 4p-12p) so more suited for night owls.

Move in date is 27th April, though we’re open to chatting if you need a more time, but love the space as much as we do 🥰
Flexible end date as we have the place til May 2027.
