Lovely double room available

About the flat/room:

It is a double room, that comes furnished with a bed, mattress, topper, side table, desk/dressing table, chair and wardrobe. My room is on the floor above so there is privacy between the two rooms.
There is a separate living room/dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped and the shower is very good.

I am in my late 30's and i am looking for a flat mate of a similar age. I would like a professional (like myself) as opposed to a student. Someone that likes to socialise but also someone that likes their own space. Someone that is respectful of the flat, the furmiture, myself and also the neighbours (who are lovely).

The price per month of £1,250 includes all the bills, so gas, water, electric, council tax, TV licence and Wi-Fi. If the typical, generous usage is exceeded then extra will need to be paid per month as the bills are shooting up. I don't use the dryer and i make sure the lights and TV are turned off when not in use to avoid unnecessary charges.

Transport wise it is a circa 10 min walk to Ladbroke Grove, Latimer Road (both on the Hammersmith and City lines) and also White City (Central Line). There is a bus stop at the end of the road, number 7, 70 and N7 all stop there.
You can also apply for a K&C parking permit if you have a car. The permit allows you to park anywhere in the Borough, which is great!

At one end of the road you have two parks, Little Wormwood Scrubs and Wormwood Scrubs. There is also a Tesco at the other end of the road, a Post Office, Pharmacy and a chip shop. As well as two amazing Thai restaurants.
