DOUBLE BEDROOM - NORTH KENSINGTON

Hi 😊 I’ll be moving out of the UK for a new job, so am looking for a new housemate to take over my double room in a lovely house share. **You will have the option of buying my bedroom furniture if you want it.**

Room is available any time between 1st to 20th November 2021. My partner lives in London, so I can go stay at their place if you need room in early November.

House is conveniently located in North Kensington. 15 mins walk to tube: White City for the Central Line; Latimer Road for the Circle / Hammersmith & City Lines. 1 min walk to bus stop (number 7 bus takes you straight to Oxford Circus).

House is very big. There are 5 bedrooms. Yours is the only one on the ground floor, which gives you privacy from the rest of the house if you need it. You also have private access to the garden (great if you are a smoker or simply want fresh air).

There is a large living room in the front of the house with big bay window. There is a kitchen/diner in the back of the house (dining table seats 6-8). Kitchen leads out into back garden. There is a utility room on the ground floor with toilet and washing machine (great if you need to use loo while someone is in shower).

Upstairs are the 4 other bedrooms and the main bathroom/toilet.

At the moment, one housemate is working a mix of home/office, and three are working from office. We are a creative, open-minded, LGBT-friendly household with different jobs (teacher, fashion stylist/florist, jewellery designer, bartender). We are a warm, friendly household who respect each other’s space and privacy.

Harriet is looking to adopt two cats, which will be fully her responsibility.

BILLS - 95 to 110 (internet, water, electricity, gas, council tax, tv licence, and weekly cleaner for common spaces)
