Fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space - a big wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelf. If you have your own stuff we can discuss options. The desk/chair in the photo isnt included.

The house is over 3 levels with plenty of space for everyone - huge living/ dining room opening onto a wrap around courtyard, spacious kitchen, secure parking and an attached lock up garage (used for storage). We have a monthly cleaner to keep things tidy and they can also clean your room for an additional fee. The bedroom is on the first floor.

We are a 10min walk away from Portobello and Golbourne roads, with the canal only a few minutes further taking you down to Paddington and Hyde Park. The house overlooks Kensington Memorial Gardens park and Wormwood scrubs is a short stroll away.

The closest tube stations are Latimer road and Ladbroke grove both about a 10 min walk away. There are also plenty of bus connections in the area.

3 very friendly housemates, all young professionals:

We all have our separate lives, but also get together for the occasional dinner, movie or glass of wine.

I am putitng the room up from 1st September 2022 but will likely be out before that so some flexablity on dates.
