Hi! I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room to for the summer (until September) in this lovely house.
The room: This is a loft bedroom in a large three bedroom house. Despite it being a loft bedroom it is still relatively spacious and there is a lot of light due to the skylight.
The house: There are three toilets in the house, the bathroom with shower and bathtub is shared with one other housemate. There is a spacious living/open plan kitchen area, a patio and a terrace with a barbecue.
The area: a really nice area with two big parks at less than 100m distance - perfect for summer. There are shops (Tesco Express) and local amenities at around 200m away. A short walk away from busy shopping/restaurant areas such as portobello road and the Westfield shopping centre. Although the house is situated close to the train tracks, the noise has never been a problem (and I tend to be a light sleeper).
The roommates: The current inhabitants of the house are two 21 year old boys, one being a professional and the other a student. They are both really lovely guys to live with, and quite clean. They have a lively lifestyle so things will never be boring!
The room will be available starting May 10th, rent includes all bills, wifi, etc.
