We are looking for a working professional (or couple) to join our very large 3-bedroom flat in Kensal Green.

The bedroom is a bright, furnished double room on the top floor of the house, overlooking the back of the property. The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and additional furniture (drawers, tables, etc).

The flat has a large modern kitchen, huge lounge, and separate bathroom and toilet. Transport connections are numerous - 10 mins walk to Kensal Green, Queens Park, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Rise Overground, and served by plenty of buses from outside the front door.

There are many shops close by including a massive Sainsbury's, as well as a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants, and we're a short stroll to Portobello Market.

The room is £695 per calendar month for single person or £920 for couple and includes council tax and water. The shared bills are gas & electricity, tv licence and Sky (for TV, phone & internet) and are approximately £100pp for a single person (or £80pp for a couple). One month’s rent is payable in advance.

You will be sharing with two easy-going Kiwi professionals in their late 30s. We are looking for someone equally easy-going and friendly, who is happy to pitch in around the house and can have a bit of laugh.
