Bright Double Room North Ken (Zone 2)

Pefect for someone doing an internship or anyone wanting short term between 1-4 months and loves pets as I have two cats and a quiet chihuahua.

The house is located in a quiet tree lined street on the boarders of Ladbroke Grove/Queens Park & Kensal Rise/Kensal Green (Zone 2) in an old cottage stye house 20-30 mins from the West End.

The house is old and not modernernised but is cosy and very homely and has everything you need including washer/dryer and garden. It does not have a separate living room but the kitchen is spacious and has a sofa, table and seating area. It has an old cottage charm about it and is located in a popular area with everything you need a few minutes walk way.

I am mature friendly but busy professional office manager, I work long hours so like to relax at home and do tend to like my privacy although up for friendly chats every now and then. My sister also lives here she works in the NHS.

This place would suit someone who is independent with their own things going on that is looking for a quiet and peaceful house to come home to.

It’s not really a party house with lots of friends/boyfriends coming and going. We want to keep a quiet and peaceful home atmosphere so we limit visitors and do most of our socialising around London.

5 minutes walk to Portobello market and large Sainsburys superstore, also nandos/tescos and lots of pubs/restaurants/cafes/library /hot yoga/newly build Moberley gym etc. all less than 5 mins away.

Ladbroke Grove, Kensal Green, Queens Park and Kensal Rise Stations all between 10-15 mins walk or short bus ride away.

Buses are 3 minutes walk from the house:

6 to Oxford Circus etc
18 to Marylebone/Baker St/Euston etc.
316 to Kilburn
52 to Victoria
23 to Liverpool St, among others.
