Lovely white room to rent in modern apartment at Portobello/North Kensington, London W10. The apartment is large, on two floors.. Bright airy room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and storage. Superfast broadband. There's an eat in kitchen and a separate dining room. The apartment is quiet clean and friendly. It's a safe area and the bus stops outside day and night and the tube to the City and UCL etc is a genuine five minute walk. Flatmates are Costas who works in finance. Tom who runs a bookshop and Mathis who works in luxury goods marketing. You would be sharing a bathroom with Tom and Costas though he's out of the country an awful lot. A cleaner comes once a fortnight. The room coming available belongs to Magalie who's moving out.

t's a really clean quiet home, friendly and sociable but not a party pad. Rent includes a cleaner. The building is 1960s utilitarian, but inside is beautiful.
