Unusual Attic room close to Queens Park

We're looking for mature _preferably_ male professionals between 30 - 50 yrs of age.
No couples and no pets.

On offer is an unusual medium-large sized attic room available for 1 person in mixed, professional, mature 5-bed 3-levels house share.

Please note the room is pictured furnished with basic fixtures (a mattress, a chest of drawers and small desk).
More furnishings are available on request, free of charge.

At its highest point the room is 175cm tall.

The room has a door and a spiral staircase behind it leading up to the Attic level.
The room is accessible without trespassing through any other occupied rooms in the house.

We are within 7 mins walk to Queens Park tube, 2 mins to day/night buses on Kilburn Lane and Harrow Road, and 10 mins walk from Kensal Rise Overground.
Moberly Sports Centre (pool, gym, etc) and Tesco Metro is a 6 mins walk, M&S Foodhall is a 6 mins walk, and huge Sainsbury’s is 2 bus stops or 10 mins walk away.

Bars/cafes/restaurants :

7 mins walk to Kensal Rise.
10 mins walk to Queen's Park.
15 mins walk (or 3 bus stops) to Portobello Road/market.
10 mins from the Queens Park green area.

Please note - there's no TV or TV license !

We have a shared lounge room (which doesn't get used very often), a small but sunny garden, bicycle storage space large enough to easily accommodate 5 bikes, washing machine, fully-equipped kitchen with electric stove & oven, two fridges, a freezer, microwave and a toaster.

There's 1 bathroom/toilet and 1 additional toilet both located next to each other on the ground floor.

House bills are not included in the rent.
They amount to £100pcm and cover all utility bills including Council Tax and fast fibre wireless broadband as well as general consumables such as cleaning products, kitchen and toilet supplies.

There are 4 male tenants (Portuguese, Spanish, USA and Polish).

We are all mature professionals working very different times of the day/week within customer service, management, catering, computer tech, entertainment, music, visual media and performance arts.

We're all easy-going laid-back people enjoying an occasional drink/smoke.
This is NOT a party house, though !

We strongly favour a minimum 1 year stay but we'll consider shorter stays as well.
