Lovely white room to let in modern 2 floor apartment at Portobello. Great location close to tube (Westbourne Park), Zone 2 , Portobello street market with cafes, bars, restaurants etc (a sixty second walk). Leafy Regent Canal at the end of the road,

Bright large airy room has double bed, a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, super fast broadband. There's an eat in kitchen and a separate dining room. The flat is quiet, clean and friendly. It's lovely. The building is 1960s . Transport links are great, bus stops outside, tube (Hammersmith and Circle lines) five minutes walk zone 2. Close to Paddington/Notting Hill. It; s a very safe area. Flatmates are, Maria, postgrad medical, Caoimbe also medical (cancer research) Ryan, finanace, Everybody's been here a couple of years, easy going, friendly, happy, tidy. Its not a party house. You would be sharing a bathroom with two people, Maria and Caoimbe . A cleaner is supplied once every two weeks. I'm Jim, the landlord, live a couple of streets away and generally available. I've owned the place for yeras, it's a good houses and Portobello is THE BEST part of town, casual, hip without being annoying, street markets, outdoorsy, cafes bars qnd restaurants etc etc. I pay council tax, broadband, water, building service charges, you guys pay gas and electric.
