Im moving out of UK and looking for permanent replacement for my bedroom. The current housemates are software professionals working in Amazon. My contract started in Feb 2024 and will end in Feb 2025. So ideally need someone to take over my contract from now till it ends. Long term sublet can also be considered.
The flat has new furniture, ample sunlight in living room looking over the Thames Barrier Park. Pontoon Dock station is right in front of the building.
Current housemates work 3 days of the week in office. Im looking to leave UK as soon as possible, so looking for someone to take up the room in early/mid May.
