We are looking to extend our lease end of May and as some of our housemates are finished school and moving home, we are looking fill rooms in the house in W5

The house🏡:
It’s a three story house with 6 bedrooms (5 double rooms and 1 single room), a big kitchen and living room, and a nice garden out back. It’s a great house if you enjoy socializing or hosting or also a movie night in.

The location📍:
The house is in Northfields, 2 minute walk from Northfields station and 15 minute walk from Ealing broadway station. Transport links can get you to hammersmith in about 8 minutes and central London in about 25 minutes so it’s a really great location.

The rooms🛏️:
As mentioned there are four spacious double rooms to fill which will all come furnished and a single room that could be perfect for students or someone looking for low rent that also comes with a bed.

The housemates👩🏻🧑🏻‍🦱:
We are a social and tidy couple both in our early twenties. Irish and American. This house was primarily guys before now but we are looking for both guys and girls to live here and open to other couples as well. We both work out of the house. We love to meet new people, will never say no to a trip to the pub, summer barbecues or a chill night in. Hoping to find people to fill the house who are social but also can enjoy their alone time.
