Double room in a homely house share

Double room available in a spacious house in West Ealing.

The house:
- Large living / kitchen area with sliding doors to the garden patio area.
-Large bathroom (bath/shower) shared with 2 others.
-Additional toilet downstairs.
-Parking space out the front.

The room:
-The room is unfurnished (the wardrobe is built in). If you’re looking for a furnished room we can agree a price for current furnishings.
-Available from 11th February but I’m flexible and this date can be brought forward if required

Current flatmates:
Katie (31, marketing), Charley (32, writer), and Craig

We’re friendly housemates that socialise in the evenings through the week, but also often go off and do our own things.

Throughout the year we try to have social events - birthday, Halloween and new year parties. BBQs throughout the summer and pizza nights with the Ooni.

We would be looking for a clean, tidy friendly person to take over this room.
