Lodger required in large 4 bedroom house

Hi,

We've got a spare room with it's own bathroom available for rent in our home.

You'd essentially have the whole floor as we're up the loft conversion. There's also a study if you need somewhere to work from home.

Room is furnished with bed, draws, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobes.

Separate living room and kitchen. Kitchen is large with its own living area. 30 foot Garden.

We're a short walk to Norwood Junction where thy have 6 fast trains an hour into London bridge and central London. 1 Stop to London bridge, takes 11 mins.

It's just my wife and and our little cat Alfie.
