I am really happy to advertise this really spacious double room with a single bed in a huge 3 storey house in Norwood. You will also get a study along with this room. Shown as Bedroom 3 in the floor plan.

This house is a 12 minute walk from Norwood Junction (15 minutes from London Bridge and connected to the Overground as well) and 15 minute walk to Thornton Heath. Additionally, the Aldi's supermarket and Sainsbury's is a 10 minute walk. There is also direct bus connectivity to central London.

This house is fully furnished, a recently renovated spacious garden, a big living room, a separate dining room and a cosy kitchen as well.

For football fanatics, this house is a 5 minute walk from Selhurst Park, Crystal Palace's home stadium.

We are looking for a queer-friendly housemate who enjoy socialising together, but also respect each other's privacy and are clean. Our housemates are really sweet and nice and will occasionally cook for everyone in the house as well :P
