My name is Kelsea, I'm a producer from London and I'll be travelling with my partner from end of September till the end of October. Depending if you like it , you can potentially stay longer .

I'm Looking for someone(s) to sublease my room from September - to December with the potential to sign the lease after this.

Bills are roughly 180 (will be adjusted if a couple)

About the House

It's a two-bed maisonette in SE19, two minutes away from bus stops and between gipsy hill and west norward rail stations.

It's an open-plan living room and kitchen, with lots of light and lost of space.

You will be living with Tiffany (she/her, 28 ) marketing professional who works from home, and she also is a fashion designer (it's her sewing machine and table in the front room pictured)

There is an upstairs bathroom with toilet and shower. with a downstairs toilet.

The room/house will initially come furnished, however, if you choose to stay longer I'd collect the mattress, desk and sofa or sell these to you at a reasonable price.

About You

Would suit someone creative or who wouldn't mind the downstairs area being used for sewing from time to time.
