Double room in maisonette in clean quiet tree lined cul-de-sac five mins walk from Norwood Junction station. Good links into Central London. London Bridge ten minutes and Victoria 20 mins. Canada Water 20 mins. Also great bus links to Brixton, Croydon and trams to Croydon and Wimbledon.

Room size is 13"x9" in size with enough room to walk around. There's a built in wardrobe. We're also happy to put some shelving up if needed. And supply additional furniture if required.

Sharing bathroom (both bath and walk-in shower) and kitchen with dishwasher.

Sharing with Live in landlady 38 and her fiance. We're quite busy and have an active social life. Looking for friendly but socially independent person.

Sitting room isn't part of the deal but there's a tv in the bedroom. Also for an additional charge room occupant can have access to Sky. occupant might have to pay towards additional Sky Box but we have Sky in the property with movie package.

WOULD CONSIDER MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY LODGER FOR AT CHEAPER RATE.

No students, DSS people with pets or couples please. Or anyone who is self-employed or working from home. Must be in full-time employment. Also really sorry part-time parents but I don't want your children staying.

This is a quiet, friendly house grown up chilled house and we're not into parties or playing loud music.
