A recently decorated, bright double bedroom on a quiet residential street.

The bedroom includes a double bed, side table and large wardrobe.

The flat includes a living room, kitchen, shared bathroom and private garden.

I have two cats called Chess and Indiana. They are very friendly.

The property is situated on a quiet and friendly residential street but is a 2 minute's walk from Norwood Junction high street.

Transport
There are two train stations, Norwood Junction which is a 4-minute walk and can get you to London Bridge in 11 minutes and from there on to Charing Cross in 4 minutes. There is also Selhurst station which is a 12-minute walk from the house and goes along the Southern rail line i. e Clapham Junction/Victoria.

Guys and St Thomas' hospital - 11 minutes by train
Marsden Sutton hospital - 20 minutes by train
Charing cross or Imperial hospital - 20 minutes by train
May day - 20 minutes by bus
Marsden in Chelsea - under an hours commute
