The house is just a 15-minute walk from both the Overground and National Rail stations at Norwood Junction, located in postcode SE25. The lease is active until November, with an option to renew. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to move in within the next two weeks, although I’m flexible with the move-in date. Personal circumstances require me to move, but this house is truly a wonderful place to call home.
The available room is on the third floor, equipped with a large closet featuring a full-length mirror, two wooden shelves for extra storage, and two side tables. It boasts a window overlooking the backyard and the city skyline. Rent is £1,130 per month, inclusive of all bills, and we offer unlimited heating to keep the bills stable during the colder months.
