We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom flat. Move-in between mid Feb to early March 🌸🌸✨

About the room:

Comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps.

There is also a cabinet and some bookshelves from the current tenant that can be left or removed — whatever your preference ✨

Lots of windows so great for someone who loves natural light!!

About the flat:

• 💷 rent currently at £625pcm but could go up 10% with new contract (waiting for confirmation from landlord)

• 🧾 bills excl. council tax approx. £50pp/month

• 🏠 council tax band D (Croydon)

• 🥘 we share a lot of other household expenses and items like cleaning supplies, bulk food items (seasoning, onions, garlic, etc.), kitchenware, subscriptions, etc.

• 🛁 large bathroom with a nice tub that you would be sharing with mainly just one person

• 🛋️ open-plan kitchen/living/dining room

• ♿️ step-free access to building and the flat (flat is on 2nd floor)

• 🚉 5-min walk from Norwood junction station (NOT step-free) with overground and fast trains to central London.

10-15 min bus or tram journey to East Croydon (step-free) also with fast trains to central London.

Bus routes to Brixton, Elephant and Castle, Peckham, Lewisham, Crystal Palace, and other places around South London.

Tram stop 10-min walk away

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and with an understanding of disability and neurodivergence. We’re a crafty household with loads of hobbies between us. We enjoy flat dinners and watching telly together doing our respective hobbies 🧶🧵🎨🎸 but we also like to spend solo time (especially after work 😭) so ideal for someone who enjoys a chat but also likes downtime

We are ideally looking for another trans/enby or femme person!!

We are also a queer/trans household so no homophobes and no Zionists!!

Landlord might allow another animal if you have a pet however no cats cos of allergies so sorry 😞

Landlord does accept benefits but you may need to provide a UK guarantor.
