I currently have a double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house.

A little about the room and property:

The room comes furnished; it comes with a double bed and wardrobe/storage. The room is currently plain and tidy as seen in the photograph; feel free to give the room a little personality if you choose to move in.

The property also has a garden which can be used.

All bills will be included (apart from the landline telephone) and you will also have access to fibre optic broadband for high speed downloads and internet streaming.

A little about myself (I will be living in the property also):

I am very quiet hard working individual. I work for a law firm so I am constantly busy, if I'm not working, I am sleeping or watching movies. I will generally spend most of my time in my room or outdoors with friends. I do not smoke, have a lot of guest around or listen to loud music.

I am very friendly and easy to get along with. I have rented the room in the past and everyone has kept in touch with me due to the high level of respect they have for me and how well I treated them. I believe you should treat others how you would like to be treated. I have rented to men and women. Also, as seen in the photographs I'm a very clean person and I take hygiene seriously.

A little about the location:

The property is in a cul-de-sac which is closed off from the high street. The area is very quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

The property is located 10 minutes away from Norwood Junction Rail Station which has direct rail services into central London or out of London (ie Surrey). The property is also 15 mins away from Croydon central by bus or 1 stop on the train should you wish to do shopping or socialise at the hot spots.

There is also a local Tesco Express and Sainsburys nearby so travelling to do your shopping will never be an issue.

What type of person am I looking for:

Because the property is located in such a quiet area, I am looking for someone who is also quiet in order to maintain the friendly relationship I currently have with the neighbours.

I am looking for someone in a stable employment.
