Hi All,

We have a fantastic one bed apartment available within our house. We (me and my girlfriend, Monika) are fun and friendly live in landlords and are looking for one lucky person/ couple to share the house with us!

Both of us are working professionals, and lead quite busy lives, so if your looking for that peaceful domain, this is the place for you! Equally at the same time we love to socialise when we can :)

In brief we're offering a very spacious living space with your own fully furnished double bedroom, a private living room and private bathroom. The kitchen is shared between us.

The double bedroom comes with plenty of storage space, with two wardrobes and space for your odd bits too.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, large screen TV, broadband/ WIFI and dinning table.

Your own bathroom is again fully equipped and has storage space too.

The kitchen/ dinning area is a shared space with us, but again you have your own storage cupboards, fridge & freezer. It's equipped with all mod-cons (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.)

All bills (council tax, water, electric, gas, broadband, tv license, WIFI) are included in the rent.

There is on street parking available (permit required).

We are situated literally a 2 minutes walk from Norwood Junction station, with direct access to London Bridge (13 minutes), London Victoria (20 minutes), Clapham junction (15 minutes), Gatwick Airport (35 minutes). There is also hourly trains to Kings Cross too.

There are tons of amenities a couple of minutes walk away too (Aldi, Post office, Nisa, Subway, Greggs, Tesco, Costa, Mamma Dough, great pubs)

We're looking for £900 pcm for one person, and £950 pcm for a couple due to the added cost of bills.
