I am renting a double bedroom in a bright and very well located flat just of Portobello Road.

This space is ideal for someone who is looking for a new cosy place to call home, clean, considerate of their flat mates and enjoys socialising as well as having their own space.

I'm very sad to be saying goodbye to this wonderful flat. All I can say is if you're looking for the best coffee and a nice trip to Portobello Market and Golborne Road on the weekends, this flat is perfect for you. It is walking distance from Ladbroke Grove tube station (10 min). There are lots of great bars/pubs, lovely restaurants serving all types of cuisines, a local Gin distillery, some of London's best hidden gems and the famous Notting Hill Electric Cinema, hopefully re-opening soon - all within walking distance!

The Room/Flat:
The bedroom comes with a double bed, one wardrobe and space for extra storage, if needed. The bathroom is shared with one more person (girl).

The Current Flatmates:
Girl (28) from Florence, art teacher, very kind and friendly, likes to socialise and go out for drinks with friends.

Guy (35), Irish, hairstylist, super lovely, easy-going and caring.

Cost Summary:
Rent: £874 pcm
Utility Bills: +/- £60pcm (includes gas, electricity, water and wifi)
Council Tax: +/- £55pcm
All costs are per person and the amount has already been divided equally between three.

Move in Date: 12 June 2021, can do earlier (open to discuss)
