Lovely housemate req for clean/bright dbl room

Hello everyone,

We are looking for the right person to come and add their magic to our home here in Notting Hill.

If you want a chilled house to survive lockdown, we also have a very sweet 2 year old french bulldog to keep you smiling through it all.

The room is a bright, well lit and nicely sized double in a 4 bedroom basement flat share. There is tons of storage space, a garden view window and the room is based on the upper floor away from the road side so super quiet all year round.

Shared bathroom with shower + bathtub, living room, television with amazon fire stick for movie nights.

We are less than 60 second walk from Ladbroke Grove tube, Sainsburys, and other useful amenities, and just couple of minutes extra from the heart of Portobello Road with the market, restaurants, bars and all the other cool stuff this end of London has to offer.

There is also Virgin active right opposite the flat so if you want to be able to roll out of bed and straight in to the gym each morning this is your place.

All bills are included in rent, aside from cleaner which is every two weeks.

There is wi-fi, a shared front room and there is always some scope to add your own feng shui to the room/house within reason.
