I work abroad in Switzerland so am only really around every other weekend and even then I’m rarely in the flat. You would have the property pretty much to yourself. The flat has a cleaner but it is clean and tidy regardless. I just want someone who would look after the flat and treat it with respect. It is a spacious flat with high ceilings and separate kitchen. There is building work taking place behind the flat and this is reflected in the lower rent than would be usual for the flat. Its ideal for someone who works 9am-5pm and doesn’t work from home much. Rent is £1250 incl bills
