We have an awesome double room available soon in our amazing Bayswater home.
Our house has 4 bedrooms split over two floors with two full-on modern bathroom (one per floor). We also have a large shared living room overviewing Queensway and a great roof terrace for the obvious (BBQ, chats, chilling with a drink or just lounging in the sun).
Flatmates: 3 chilled guys. Lebanese, Spanish and French, all young professionals in their late 20's and early 30's. We all get along well and really enjoy our time in our great home.
The house is conveniently located with 4 tube lines within 3 minutes walk (Central, Circle, District and Hamm&City) and 24 hour bus routes. Hyde park is also within a 5 min walk.
Bills are 140GBP pcm and include electricity/heating/council tax/water/Fiber internet/Full Sky TV subscription and a weekly professional cleaner (included in the cost of the room).
The room will be officially vacated on the mid-June however, we are flexible and can negotiate alternative entry dates.
