Looking for a student to take over my contract at Chapter Portobello Student Accommodation which lasts until the end of August 2021. I have completely vacated the room as I am unable to return due to lockdown. The room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

The location is just above Notting Hill and right by the canal - perfect for walks, runs and a popular cycle route! There is a large Sainsburys / Argos only a 5 min walk away, and Westbourne Park underground station is a 10 min walk away. There are great transport links to many popular university campuses including UCL and Imperial College London.

The room is a 2nd floor Silver Studio with a canal view, originally priced at £305 per week but I am offering at £250 per week. This includes all utility bills (electricity, 200 MB dual-band wifi, etc.)

The room includes:
- Bed with storage space underneath.
- Large wardrobe with storage space on top.
- Large desk + chair.
- Bookshelf.
- En-suite bathroom (toilet + shower).
- Private kitchenette with a hob, microwave/grill/oven, fridge with freezer drawer and sink.

The building has a private gym, laundry room, study space, cinema room and lounge (all free to access for residents only). Chapter also frequently organises events for residents to socialise.
