Since the major refurbishment of this wonderful building in the heart of Notting Hill, we have welcomed a group of fantastic young people here.

The studio room available is modern and very functional.
It has its own kitchen annex with all white goods including fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven and grill and induction hob.
It is furnished with bed, large wardrobe, table and chair
It has laminated floor and modern double glazed window.

Available from 16th April for the long term commitment

All bills (with upper caps) are included apart of electricity used in the studio rooms (£10-12pm) and TV license.

The building contains 12 studio rooms (3 on each floor) and the offered studio is on the lower ground floor which has shared bathroom and wc.

The building is full of character and very modern. It is located 3min walk from famous Portobello, close to great transport links, short stroll from Kensington Gardens and is right in the middle of famous Notting Hill.

We have super fast Virgin Fiber Optic broadband perfect if you are studying or working from home. We also have a laundry room with washing machine and drier.
