Lovely newly refurbished luxurious studio place with extra large window to let in the heart of Notting Hill (best location, very cute neighborhood, as typical Notting Hill as it can be) in a gorgeous Victorian house, quiet side street, 1 mins. from tube Notting Hill Gate, 5 mins Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Fully equipped kitchen with nespresso machine. All you need is there (+ high speed wifi), dryer/washing machine is in an extra room.
Price (the same as the tenant pays):
£79 / night
(air bnb charges x2 or x3 for this at the moment, and this place is very nice + cute, you would enjoy it).
Tenant will leave the UK for 10 days and is looking for a responsible tidy non-smoker professional, student or or anyone might be desparate with accommodation, looking for a convenient cozy short stay with all amenities (other than a hotel) and a home like feeling with full privacy and a very nice entrance too.
