Room to let in Beautiful Notting Hill flat

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate in my beautiful upper ground floor flat just off of the Portobello Road / Westbourne Grove intersection. (Council Tax band G) This location is idyllic; you're close to both Hyde and Holland park, the area is immensely safe (looked over by a neighbourhood watch group), transport is near (5-10 mins to both tube stations and bus stops taking you central), not to mention the cultural richness of the Notting Hill area (equipped with vintage clothing, a range of world-renowned restaurants and bars, weekly Portobello market, art galleries and artistic events). M&S, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Co-op are all walking distance and we have lovely downstairs neighbours. The flat is accessed via a private front-door at the top of front stairs, and this enters onto the open-plan living / dining / kitchen area. There are two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower facilities. We have ample storage, both via an eaves and the spacious living room. The room on offer contains one queen bed, which is offered with the room. The current tenant is a student, and is happy to leave a desk if the future tenant would like it. The room is quite small, so there isn’t space for furnishings beyond the shelving unit, bed and desk already in place. Your prospective flatmate is a 20 year old actor, clean and easygoing, and I work two jobs alongside my acting career; my schedule is adaptable, but when I am home, I use the kitchen spaces and living spaces often (we have a beautiful big window in the living area that is great for unwinding), and I love to cook.
