Hey there, I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in my Notting Hill flat! Located in an amazing area and beautiful street, in the centre of Notting Hill, near Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove, it's a lovely spot.

The room for rent comes with its own toilet and shower facilities. It is furnished with a double bed and a storage unit spanning the length of the room, which has clothes rails along it and plenty of storage. The desk pictured is not included.

The flat has a beautiful living area, with a big bay window overlooking the street. It is in a prime location, with shops and cafes galore within walking distance.

I am looking for a flatmate who is also keen to be friends! It would be nice to brunch at cafes in Notting Hill and go to the pub for a drink on the weekends! Equally, I appreciate my own space, and always respect that of others.
