Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take over my room with private ensuite bathroom from 20 May until end of June/beginning of July as I'm moving out before the tenancy ends in July. The place is fully furnished and all bills including internet and cleaning service are in the price.
You'll share the place with my current flatmate, young professional German nice and friendly guy. You can use it as a short term stay in London or as a base while you are looking for your own long term place in London.

Our flat is located in the lively heart of Notting Hill & Ladbroke Grove, right on Portobello Road with lots of hip cafés, restaurants and bars. The tube station with easy access to central London is 7min walking distance away and bus stops are even closer.

It's a lovely flat in a new build with a lift, balcony and a small park right in front of the house. The flat comes fully furnished with all amenities that you need (TV, washing machine & dryer, microwave, kitchen equipment etc.) and fast broadband internet. The room which becomes available is also fully furnished with a desk, bed, chest of drawers and big wardrobe and you will have your own spacious bath room.
